Support OYP

OYP is a non-profit organization that depends on support from local businesses and individuals to continue our mission of presenting high-quality musical theater to the community while providing young people valuable experience in the performing arts. Ticket sales alone do not begin to cover the many costs involved in putting on a show, so such support is crucial.

Our Annual Gala fundraiser was held Sunday, August 30, 2009 at Grace Fellowship in Bogart.  Congratulations to the winners of the two raffle packages – Penny Harrington, who won the SUPER ENTERTAINMENT Package, and Chelsea Carter, who won the DAWG FAN Package!  And thanks to everyone who helped make the Gala a success.   It was a great evening!

OYP welcomes financial contributions at any time and in any amount, and acknowledges donors in our newsletter and in the program books produced for each of our shows. Donors who contribute $500 or more are offered complimentary tickets to shows and may reserve seats before they go on sale to the general public. A donor form can be found on page 3 of our newsletter. Please make checks payable to OYP and mail to Oconee Youth Playhouse, 1050 Jamestown Blvd., Watkinsville, GA 30677.

Besides direct donations, businesses can support OYP by buying ad space in our show program books or by sponsoring a show or season of shows. Sponsors are acknowledged in multiple ways. For details, please contact us at oconeeyouthplayhouse@gmail.com.
